Assemblage Art by Harry Lazare: OBJECTS OF VENERATION

Harry made over 150 peices of assembledge wall hangings out of natural and found materials in the last 5 years of his life. His studio started out on the kitchen table and then graduated to the garage, transforming it into a meticulously organized but playful home studio wall to wall covered in his work. Friends of all kinds would bring him little objects of veneration in hopes he would like them and find a peice for them. Here is a selection of these works for your enjoyment and curiosity. These works are for sale, if you are interested please email and I will connect you with his family.
Harry also loved music and was always singing for fun. This is a CD of Songs now uploaded as an online album. He recorded this with the help of a friend in Saugerties NEW YORk May 12, 2009. "Bata-Bearie Productions." He was very proud of this little collection of songs and shared it with me. Though it did not make it into the videos, he had asked if I could put them online. So here the songs exist now online.
